Example : hello, my name Rani, may I speak to Mrs. Sita? • taking a phone message at the time the person you are calling is not available.  we must let people know that there is no one who hangs at the destination with the right reason or answer. •

Hello friends... Welcome to my blog I want to explain about suggestion and offering. Do you know suggestion and offering? Definision *Suggestion is an idea someone purpose. *Offering is an expression used to offer something. Adapun cara anda membedakannya yaitu Biasanya suggestion berisikan saran,ide,rencana dan lainnya. Sedangkan offering sendiri biasanya berisikan kalimat untuk menawarkan sesuatu. *rumus untuk membuat kalimat suggestion yaitu   Shall I / we + verb1 ? Setelah menyampaikan saran atau ide tersebut,orang lain akan memberikan respon setuju atau tidak. Contoh kalimat suggestion sendiri yaitu: • let's go to the move? Respon setuju : yes,let's go Respon tidak setuju : no,thank you, i do not feel like going Lalu untuk kalimat offering contohnya : • can i help you?
